Wardrobe Inspiration: Steal my Sunshine

Maybe because it's been really cold in temperatures here, but I think where ever you are, I'm sure you too are longing for some glorious sunshine and bright blue skies. Maybe you're in an area that already has that, and I'll admit, I'm jealous. I for one, am looking forward to it since all I have been doing is hibernating in the comforts of my own bed. We've been reaching such extreme low temperatures, so going out? Yeah. It's the last thing I really want to do. So while I go stay huddled in my own pillow fort at home, I would like to share with you some of my sunglasses that I hope to be wearing soon when the Spring and Summer months come along! Denim cut offs, summer dresses, sun kissed skin... Yeah, I'm already in my own world.

Now that it's the beginning of March, we're almost there! We are slowly but surely getting to those warmer times.  Down below, I show you all of my sunglasses that have been collected over some time. I do have a preferred choice. I like big, somewhat round frames that cover my face. But I also do love how sunglasses can have a personality of its own, and compliment that perfect outfit. Whatever works for you!
Sunglasses have been collected over the years, but from what I remember a lot of them are from:
Aldo, Urban Outfitters, Forever 21 & ASOS.

Bonus! Now initially I was looking through my social media feed, as always, and I got the idea to do a sunglasses collection post because of a particular brand in the Philippines, Sunnies Studios. Now, I don't even own any sunglasses of theirs, nor do they internationally ship! I'm from Canada, there's nothing close to it here! But, I am such a fan of what their aesthetic, and what their brand has to offer. That's why I'm inspired. It began in 2013, as a spin-off brand from the line Charlie, founded by Bea Soriano and Eric Dee. Along side with co-owners Martine Cujucom and Georgina Wilson, it has now become a go-to place for all things eyewear at fashionable but affordable prices in the Philippines.

From their retro-vintage looking logo, colours, to the way they package and merchandise — everything about the brand is what I am a fan of.  Again, from someone in Canada, the way they advertise and showcase their brand from a social media standpoint, it reaches far. Their Instagram?! I love pretty packaging. I also love pretty Instagram photos! With that comes along their beautiful look books to showcase the sunglasses, modelled by the gorgeous Georgina Wilson. Sold. The epitome of all things sunshine and summer time dreams. Down below are some of my favourite shots from their Instagram and also favourite look books which was the starter for this post in the first place! I can't wait to rock any sort of sunglasses and go out into the sunshine. I credited all the main sources/lookbook below each picture.

Along with their Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, they do have a Pinterest! More inspiring goodies! Also it's really cool to see where they get their inspiration from when they come up with new collections and look books. If you want to take a closer, more in-depth look at the sunglasses individually, on their Instagram there are tons to see which I linked. But also here at Zalora. There's more different range of sunglasses they sell. I honestly can't pick an ultimate favourite, there are so many that are so chic and super fab, but I'm a big fan of the Hepburn (featured in the look books I posted above - California Cool and Sun-kissed Sunnies) because firstly, I have a slight obsession with anything Audrey Hepburn related. But because of that and her style, it's so timeless and classic.

Man, I cannot wait for the clear skies and mad sunshine to happen. Countdown begins!
