Well, hello! Long time no see! I know, it's been a while (more like a month...) since I posted an outfit entry, but I'm so happy I get to update this time around (finally!) because it is my favourite season.  With this in mind, I can't believe October is over and now Christmas is almost here! I'm so excited.

But as we wait for that to come along, let's break this outfit down shall we? Inspiration this time? Comfort and darker hues. Always. I probably mentioned this before (yeah, most likely) but the way I try to piece together an outfit is to have one piece as the focal point, and style around it, if that makes sense.

In this case, it's these printed bottoms. I seem to always be photographed wearing a skirt or a dress, so, why not switch it up? To match the bottoms, I went for a simple white-dotted blouse, which I scored at a Value Village some time ago, and these killer navy blue heels. The coat and the hat were my favourite add-ons because it definitely added a bit of sophistication to what would be be a very edgy ensemble. Also, it just had that "fall/autumn vibe" in my head.

All in all, it deemed to be a good choice in attire since it all matched well with the rest of the colours being a part of the backdrop, haha. Thank you to my photographer darling, Mary, for these! We both laughed a lot because we were both feeling out of place doing this, it had been a while after all! So, don't mind my awkward poses, still a bit rusty. However, I always tell her it's because of her, these end up looking so well! Until the next post, which I hope is soon!

Goodbye October, hello November.
